FAQ

Will I receive a training schedule?

Yes. The training schedule will be emailed to you prior to our initial training day.

What should I wear?

Considering the season we're in, a t-shirt or tank top, shorts, socks and a comfortable pair of running sneakers. If you're unsure about your sneakers, don't worry. Just wear what you have and we will advise you on whether they are sufficient.

 

What should I bring? 

- A bottle of water.

- Good vibes!

 

What should I eat before a workout and when can I eat? 

Snack choices:(about 30-60 min before)

- Fruit such as banana, orange, dates, or applesauce.

- Small quantity of crackers or dry cereal

- Small yogurt

- Oatmeal

- Piece of toast

- Avocado 

- Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

- Trail mix

What should I eat after a workout?

A meal rich in protein, carbohydrates, and fat

Suggestions....

- Protein shake

- Whole grain turkey sandwich

- Greek yogurt and fruit

- Salmon

- Sweet potatoes

- Grilled chicken

- Brown rice

- Veggies

How much water should I drink? If you're following the recommended 8 cups of water a day, that should be sufficient. If not, you should at least consume about 2 cups of water 2-3 hrs before your workout. 

Should I drink an energy drink?

Not at this stage in your training.

 

What if I can't complete an exercise?

Here at Sole Vibrations, there's no such thing as "I can't". There's only  "I am currently unable to". And what that means is that we will make the needed adjustments, dial it back as needed and then work our way up to you being able to complete the exercise.
